WORKS ON PAPER: Lisa Farrell is an abstract painter who uses an intuitive process with multiple layers. Working with acrylic, collage, pencil, wax crayons and other materials, she builds and removes to reveal a visual history. Her practice moves fluidly between free experimentation and a more intentional, design-focused approach, employing contrast, shape, texture, and line to evoke balance, tension, and harmony.

Lisa holds a degree in Psychology and has a background in Interior Design, both of which deeply inform her visual language. Her work is shaped by travel and personal introspection. Drawing on internal dialogue, memory, and identity, she explores the delicate interplay between order and chaos.
